About the Role:
- Step into a dynamic leadership position, taking over from our client's successful Clinical Services Manager and expanding the role to include exciting new Home Infusion services.
- Directly manage 8 Clinical Nurse Managers, overseeing a team of approximately 55 nurses. Collaborate with the Chief Medical Officer, Lead Oncologist, and Quality & Risk Manager for high-impact results.
- Bring your oncology expertise, commercial acumen, and nursing background to shape our client's clinical approach, optimise budgets, and enhance operational efficiency throughout the clinics.
- Champion clinical excellence: Provide unwavering leadership and support to our nursing staff, ensuring exceptional patient care at every stage.
- Drive innovation: Introduce strategies that enhance the patient experience and lead our client's services toward cutting-edge oncology care.
- Uphold standards: Conduct audits, refine policies, and streamline processes for a seamless and compliant clinical environment.
- Collaborate for success: Build strong relationships with clinical and commercial partners to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- An experienced Oncology professional with a deep understanding of patient needs and the latest advancements in the field.
- A skilled manager who inspires teams motivates individuals to achieve collective goals and effectively manages business risks.
- An adept communicator who builds bridges across disciplines with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Tech-savvy: Comfortable with MS Office and Patient Management systems.
