Directors Kate & Paul Wheeler first met while working for a recruitment company in the UK in the 90s. Kate fell for Paul’s charm and good looks, (Paul wrote this bit) and before long they had set up their own healthcare recruitment company from their first home’s dining room.

Kate, who was raised by her wonderful Nan and Great Nan, who had dementia, naturally developed a passion for elder care at a young age and it was her goal to make a difference by ensuring that only the best people, with empathy and dedication were recruited into the industry.

Both Kate & Paul have now been recruiting in the aged care and wider healthcare sector for over 20 years and are fortunate to have brought a dedicated team, of like-minded recruitment partners, into the Carejobz family.
