We will tap into our extensive database of existing job-seekers, engage our large network of professional relationships which we have built up over the years. 

Shortlist presentations

After the screening process, we will only present you with the CVs of the best candidates, based on your specific requirements.

Onboarding Service

The week before your new employee is due to start with you, we provide them with our unique “onboarding” process to help them to prepare for their first week in their new role.

Unique After Care

Because we build long term relationships with our clients and candidates, our service doesn’t stop with our invoice. We carry out regular check-ins with both parties to ensure that we are available to help out with any issues that may arise.

Psychometric Testing

Many of our clients already have in-house Psychometric testing systems in place, however, we can also offer you this service if required.

Marketing your vacancy

We will create eye-catching, effective advertisements and mailers to maximise applicant attraction across  job sites and social media (All of our advertising is free of charge to you as part of our service)

In-depth screening

We like to get it right straight away, so our screening process is quite intense, with both behavioural and competency based questions relevant to your vacancy.

Background checks

If police clearance checks are part of your process, we can do it for you. We also obtain copies of identification, qualifications and practice certificates (where applicable)

Offer presentation

High calibre candidates may often have other opportunities with other providers. Carejobz recruiters are expert negotiators and coupled with our passion for your brand and the role, this can tip the balance in your favour.

Replacement Guarantee

We understand that your recruitment project is an investment, so we provide you with a replacement guarantee period to act as a safety net, in the unusual event that your new employee doesn’t work out.
