Are you a highly experienced Theatre Services Manager looking for your next challenge?

Our client, a leading private surgical hospital, is searching for an exceptional Theatre Manager to lead their theatre team in Wellington.

This is your opportunity to join the Senior Management Team and drive operational excellence in theatre services, including the Sterile Services Department.

About the Role
As the Theatre Services Manager, you will be responsible for the effective management of all theatre operations. You will work closely with the General Manager to support the hospital’s strategic goals, promoting a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.
Our client’s hospital features five operating theatres, diagnostic technologies, and an intensive care unit that caters to complex elective surgical procedures.

Skills and Experience
  • New Zealand Nursing Registration with a current practicing certificate
  • At least 10 years’ post-registration experience in healthcare, ideally in a surgical setting
  • Demonstrated leadership in a challenging environment with diverse teams
  • A positive, “can-do” attitude and commitment to continuous improvement
