As a Scrub Scout you’ll be part of a highly skilled surgical team, playing a key role in ophthalmic procedures. About You:
You’re not just experienced—you’re passionate about your role as a Scrub Scout. You know that great patient care goes beyond technical skills and requires empathy, communication, and precision. You’re dedicated to ensuring each patient feels supported and confident throughout their procedure.


What We’re Looking For:
  • AHPRA Registration: Essential for this position. You must hold current, unrestricted registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency.
  • Eligibility to Work in Australia: Full working rights are required. While applicants on 482 visas will be considered, please note that sponsorship for 186 visas is not supported by the employer at this time.
  • Minimum 3 Years of Experience: Your extensive experience as a Scrub Scout Ophthalmic will allow you to bring confidence, technical expertise, and a deep understanding of ophthalmic procedures to the team.
  • Outstanding Communication & Interpersonal Skills: You excel at staying calm, clear, and focused in high-pressure environments, ensuring seamless communication within the team and with patients.
