I am recruiting for the new Facility Manager, and the ideal person will be someone who loves mentoring a team and has an obvious passion for ensuring that the residents in their care are provided with exceptional levels of quality care along with an understanding of respect and dignity at all times.
You will be coming from a similar role within an aged care facility and have a great skill set to coach and mentor a team of experienced professionals.
At least 2 years facility management in a medium to large sized facility
Financial/Budget control experience
Experience in leading a large team
Preferably an RN qualification (but a strong facility manager without would be considered)
Experience in working within a dementia setting
