$62 - $87k per annum + Superannuation based on experience level and qualifications, exclusive of penalties or allowances. 

About this Registered Nurse role
A very exciting opportunity awaits an experienced Nurse in this state-of-the-art General Medical/Surgical ward, where you can look forward to becoming part of a passionate team of clinical professionals driven to exceed our client's high standard of care.

On shift, you will perform clinical duties with the support and guidance of the Nurse Unit Manager and Shift Leaders to ensure a high level of quality service is provided to our client's patients.

This will directly involve the assessing, planning, and delivery of care to those patients.

You will work closely with the Nurse Unit Manager in the efficient management of staff and resources within the clinic ensuring achievement of excellence in care delivery in line with policies and procedures, best practice and legislative requirements.

You will also be required to oversee the activities of the clinic when the Nurse Unit Manager is absent.

You will be mentoring and leading a passionate team of nurses and clinical support staff alongside a supportive leadership team so this role will suit an individual driven to help others succeed.

This is a perfect opportunity for a senior nurse to step up into a management role and build your clinical leadership skillset.
What you will need to apply for the Registered Nurse position:
  • A strong clinical skillset in an acute care setting.
  • You will have exceptional customer service and time management skills with a passion for quality patient outcomes.
  • The flexibility to handle a rotating roster with day, evening, and weekend shifts will be crucial to this role.
  • Relevant registration with AHPRA as Registered Nurse.
  • Proven acute care experience post-AHPRA registration in a hospital medical/surgical environment.
