About the Role:
As the Hospital Administration Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the hospital’s administrative functions.
You will manage a dedicated team, oversee financial operations, and implement policies that improve overall hospital performance.
This is a crucial role that ensures the highest standards of service delivery, patient satisfaction, and staff coordination are met daily.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee daily administrative operations, including patient admissions, discharges, and appointment scheduling.
  • Manage and lead the hospital's administrative staff, ensuring high levels of customer service and productivity.
  • Ensure compliance with hospital policies and healthcare regulations, maintaining accreditation standards.
  • Oversee billing, invoicing, and payroll functions, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
  • Liaise with medical professionals, nursing staff, and external service providers to ensure seamless hospital operations.
  • Implement and maintain electronic medical records (EMR) systems, ensuring data accuracy and privacy.
  • Assist in budgeting, financial reporting, and managing hospital resources efficiently.
  • Manage patient feedback and resolve any complaints or issues to ensure high levels of patient satisfaction.
  • Support hospital leadership with strategic planning and business development initiatives.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve operational efficiency and patient care.
About You:
  • Proven experience as a Hospital Administration Manager or in a similar healthcare administrative role.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of hospital operations, healthcare regulations, and accreditation standards.
  • Financial management skills, including experience with budgeting and payroll systems.
  • Proficient in hospital administration software and electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong patient and customer service focus.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and ever-changing healthcare environment.
