Carejobz is proud to be working with an aged care provider who is looking for a Clinical Coordinator in New Plymouth for their rest home/hospital facility.

The ideal candidate for this role will love educating and mentoring staff to help them to release their full potential.

Setting the bar high will be something you teach, to enable your team to ensure that they are doing all they can to continuously provide excellent standards for those in their care.

What will I need to apply for the Clinical Coordinator | Aged Care | New Plymouth role?

  • Clinical Leadership experience
  • InterRAI trained
  • Strong prioritisation and organisational skills
  • Empathy and commitment to excellence in care of the elderly
  • Current NZ Annual Practising Certificate with NZ Nursing Council
  • Broad knowledge of the aged care industry
  • Maintaining an environment of continuous quality improvement.
  • Building & Maintaining excellent relationships with residents, families & MDT’s

This is a full-time, permanent position Sunday to Thursdays, so applicants must be happy to work these days.
