Contract Clinical Manager
Location: West Auckland
3 Month contract
Carejobz is working with an aged care provider who pride themselves on their reputation as aged care industry leaders, to assist with the recruitment for a new Contract Clinical Manager in their facility which caters for rest home and hospital level care residents.
What will I be doing?
In summary, you would be responsible for providing a high level of clinical leadership and support to clinical and care staff, assist and support the facility manager, ensuring the staffing levels are appropriate at all times, be actively involved in the quality management programme, identifying opportunities for quality activities and improvement, monitoring the provision of clinical care to residents to ensure the highest standards are achieved and maintained, establish and maintain relationships with health professionals, residents and their families, be actively involved in aspects of human resource management, assisting with orientation programmes, performance appraisals and staff training and commitment to the provision of a safe environment for residents and staff.
What will I need to apply?
NZ registered nurse, with experience in aged care
An experienced people manager with the ability to lead, coach and develop a team.
Able to demonstrate business and financial management skills/acumen.
Knowledge of the aged care industry and the provision of retirement and residential care services.
