Aged Care Manager
Location: South Auckland
Salary: $85-95k per annum plus benefits
Hours: Permanent, 40 per week

We have an exciting opportunity for an energetic, commercially savvy Manager to lead an aged care facility. As an integral part of the management team, you will be one of the first points of contact for residents and staff alike, building and maintaining positive, consultative relationships.

Your competencies will include:
Extensive Leadership/Management experience in a healthcare setting
Budget / Financial Management
Proven Auditing experience
Mentoring / educating staff
Health and Safety
Continuous Improvement
Relationship Building

Aged Care Facility Management experience
Excellent organisational skills
Ability to build relationships quickly, and maintain them
